CHIP (Community Housing Improvement Program) Grant Clermont County will be accepting applications starting December 15th, 2006 for Community Housing Improvement Program grants, designed to provide housing opportunities for low and median income citizens. the two year, $563,00 CHIP grant will assist 5 home owners with private rehabilitation, 13 home owners with home repairs and 3 households with down payment and rehabilitation assistance towards the purchase of a home.
