Sewer Service
The Village of Williamsburg maintains its own waste water (sewer) treatment plant. This facility is located at the dead end of North 3rd Street. The operation of this plant is regulated, inspected, and permitted by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
Sewer adjustments may be available to water customers for high consumption events such as pool fills, excessive lawn watering, water leaks that do not go into the sewer system, etc. For more information on whether you may qualify for a sewer adjustment, please contact the Utilities Clerk at (513) 724-6107. Current rates for sewer service are as follows:
In Village Rate
- Up to 3,000 gallon usage: $21.22
- Per 1,000 gallons used over minimum: $7.36
Out of Village Rate
- Up to 3,000 gallon usage: $31.28
- Per 1,000 gallons used over minimum: $11.50
In Village New Sewer Service Capacity Fee
- 3/4" Residential Meter: $2,150.00 (includes inspection)
- Prices differ for larger meters
Out of Village New Sewer Service Capacity Fee
- 3/4" Residential Meter: $3,213.00 (includes inspection)
