Mayor's Court The Village of Williamsburg holds court at the Williamsburg Community Center for citations issued within the municipal corporation of the Village. Mayor's Court hears cases for charges ranging from minor misdemeanors to Class 4 misdemeanors. Court is presided over by Magistrate Mike Minniear.
